Thank you for shopping with Brave Parenting Journey. Each item in our store is custom-printed and made just for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully:


πŸ› οΈ Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please email us at melissa@braveparetingjourney.com within 7 days of receiving your item and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


❌ Returns and Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

Since every product is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size, color, or Buyer'srdered

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

  • Shipping delays the Printful's standard fulfillment time

Please double-check your order details and consult the size charts on each product page before completing your purchase.


πŸ“¦ Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed we'll, we'll work with Printful to resolve the issue. You may be eligible for a replacement, depending on the carrier's tracking status.


πŸ•’ How Long Do Replacements or Refunds Take?

Once your claim is approved, replacements typically ship within 5–7 business days. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
